What are the delivery charges for orders from the online shop?

The delivery charges are those of Royal Mail within the UK. That is currently £1.85 for ordinary-sized books. Customers are expected to add this charge if they want their purchase mailed. If not, it is assumed they will collect the book themselves from the bookshop.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time will normally be two working days if the order is made before 12 noon – though Royal Mail do not guarantee this second-tier service, and Wednesday is our day off! We will do our best though.

Are packages tracked?
We are sorry to say that no tracking service is available. This is the way we keep costs down.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
We would only produce an invoice, and include it in the package, if it was specifically requested by the customer.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

When is the order payment taken from my bank account?
Since these are e-commerce sales through chip-and-pin, payment will be drawn immediately from the customer’s account.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
In cases where the wrong product is delivered, customers are asked to make immediate contact, so that reparations can be made.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Customers are respectfully reminded that it is impossible for us to change an order once it has been processed.
